Individualized Living Plans

Fred Lind Manor offers residential living for those 55 and older who may need some support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and medication. Nursing assistants provide support services according to each resident’s individualized living plan, in a warm neighborhood setting that focuses on life enrichment and fosters freedom of choice. Some residents choose to reside at Fred Lind Manor without support.

Accommodations include studio apartments, one-bedroom suites and a limited number of two-bedroom suites. Each residence is equipped with a microwave oven and small refrigerator, with full dining services provided in our cozy and inviting common areas.

An on-site beauty shop offers easy access to personal grooming services, while optional daily care services such as medication assistance, bathing, dressing, grooming and similar life skills are provided in the comfort and privacy of each resident’s apartment.

When the sun beckons, residents often choose to enjoy the attractive outdoor seating on our beautifully landscaped grounds, or to join one of the community outings that are regularly scheduled.
