There's never a dull moment here at Fred Lind Manor. Leave it to Denis, our captivating activities director, and your social calendar will be booked. Hop on board our big green shuttle and take part in excursions to Skagit Valley, the Space Needle, local parks, museums and other off-campus attractions. Rev up your heart rate with morning chair aerobics or play the stakes at a competitive round of candy-bar Bingo! You might even decide to dust off your bowling shoes and join the ranks of our in-house Wii Bowling league. It's no secret that social interaction and physical activity are vital parts of overall good health. At Fred Lind Manor we've designed a non-intrusive life enrichment program to help our residents stay engaged in mind, body, and spirit.
