The one thing you won’t find at Fred Lind Manor is high employee turnover. In fact, you’ll soon discover that it is the quality of our people that sets this community apart from the rest. Take for example the food services team, 92% of this department has been with Fred Lind for over a year – it goes without saying that they know how Helen and Harry take their coffee.
