At Fred Lind Manor you won’t encounter hidden fees or undisclosed costs. Take part in all of our services knowing that Fred Lind Manor offers an all-inclusive lifestyle. Monthly expenses are very predictable because your rent rate covers everything, even cable TV and local phone service!

Apartments

Choose from studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom suites. Our cozy apartments homes are equipped with kitchenettes, an emergency call system, drapes, plentiful closet space and senior-friendly bathrooms. When you take a tour, be sure to check out the views of the Cascades from the forth floor.

Dining

Leave the cooking to us! As a resident you will receive three nutritious meals a day in our sunlit dining room.

Housekeeping

Why bring a vacuum? With weekly housekeeping and linen service included, we suggest you sit back and let yourself be pampered!

Transportation

Need a ride? Our shuttle service will buzz you to hot spots like Safeway, Fred Meyer, K-Mart, the mall, Alki Beach, casino lunches, Snoqualmie Falls, and Stewart Park. Our chauffer services also include transportation to doctor appointments within a five-mile radius.
